Midcentury Modern enthusiasts purchase house primarily for land and embark on Midcentury Modern Renovation 3, which brings preexisting house up a few notches to MCM-status.
New features include helical pier footings, 4-foot roof overhangs, reuse of original limestone veneer, all new windows, new Mid-Century Modern inspired entry, new two-car garage, new cedar slat-wall carport, and completely new interiors utilizing existing Walnut interior siding in special accent areas.
The project is just finishing construction – please look for updates.
