Viewed from this south aerial perspective, we begin to get a feel for the scale of this midcentury home renovation; a structure that has had a series of additions over the years. The scope of the renovation includes keeping existing structure, exterior stone, and swimming pool. Everything else will be re-imagined.

Midcentury Home Renovation Underway

October 15, 2025 (Carmel, IN) – Midcentury Home Renovation construction is now underway in Carmel. We’ve been working on the design since late 2024 with our clients who are moving back to Indiana from California.

It’s one of the larger-scale Midcentury properties in which we’ve been involved, and even includes an indoor pool. Originally built in 1959, the structure has undergone a few additions over the years. Amazingly, we were able to access original drawings for each phase.

Please check-back for the storyline, as we’ll be adding this project into our gallery and sharing the design and construction processes. We are especially excited about the interiors, and will be sharing renderings.
