Modern Rooftop Addition Kicks Off

August 1, 2024 – Our Modern Rooftop Addition, a mixed-use building in Fletcher Place, has kicked off!

This project has been in the works for a while already and we have been eager to start our build. We are helping to renovate the existing spaces, both commercial and residential, as well as add an addition to the residential suite above. This will practically double the square footage of the residential portion of the building.

Our client will continue running their company out of the commercial space post-construction, and inhabiting the unit when they are in town. Stay tuned for more updates – it won’t be one you’ll want to miss!
