We are excited to report that Modern Barn has broken ground in Mt. Vernon, OH.
Our clients moved back to their hometown in Ohio from Colorado in 2019. They were interested in building a new large-scale workshop to house cars and cater to crafts. And home office will reside in loft.
Initially, client considered prefabricated structures. Ultimately they decided it would be more fitting to design something to compliment the primary modern residence and fit the site. They were inspired by our Vintage Modern Garage project, and decided to give us a call.
Naturally, we found this to be an interesting and challenging design opportunity. Check-out the bi-fold hydraulic overhead doors on this one!
